OVERFLOWING MERCY

OBJECTIVE:

The objectives of the organization is to disseminate the Word of God in its community and surrounding

area to those in need of salvation and to increase the awareness of God.

PURPOSE:

A. To act and operate exclusively as a religious, not for profit corporation pursuant to Article 10 of the Religious Corporation Laws of New York State, and to act and operate as a religious organization in providing spiritual and religious instruction and shall be ecumenical in its purpose.

B. To engage in any and all religious activities and pursuits, and to support or assist such other organizations, as may be reasonably related to the foregoing and following purposes.

C. To engage in any and all other lawful purposes, activities and pursuits, which are substantially similar to the foregoing and which are or may hereafter be authorized by Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and are consistent with those powers described in the New York City Corporation Laws, as amended and supplemented.

D. To solicit and receive contributions, purchase, own and sell real and personal property, to make contracts, to invest corporate funds, to spend corporate funds for corporate purposes, and to engage in any activity “in furtherance of, incidental to, or connected with any of the other purposes.”

E. To conduct worship services at such times and places as provided for in the Constitution and bylaws. Services will be regular and will consist of Bible School, prayer, singing songs of worship, preaching and teaching according to the Holy Bible which will serve as our guide.

F. To conduct ceremonies to include baptisms, weddings, funerals, communion, and child dedications and any other ceremonies that may be necessary but shall not engage in any cult activities, witchcraft, devil worship or any other rituals that are in conflict with God's Holy Word. Also, any member or person(s) wishing to become members who engages in such activities shall be removed or denied membership in this organization.

G. The purpose of this corporation is to promote the religious, intellectual, moral and social welfare among its members and surrounding communities. Further, to conduct programs according to the faith of the members and others in the texts, precepts, doctrines and traditions and teaching of the bible and to promote the Social and Religious faith of persons of all ages throughout the United States and the world.

Our mission is to alleviate hunger within our community by providing food to families, children and individuals in need, at no cost whatsoever to them!

We are actively spreading the love of God throughout our community and the world by executing many social needs and aid in solving many of the issues and problems that are plaguing our society. Together we can help change lives.

We operate solely on your kind and generous donations. We give food and clothing to the needy, free of charge. Please help us to help them by donations.
